Landis Staefa
Hot water works but Heating not coming on even when timer light on!?
I have a Baxi solo 2 pf boiler and siemens Landis & Staefa RWB2E timer. It has been working fine for the year we have been in new house but last week, even though the timer was set to twice and light and time was showing it to be on the heating didn’t come on. This has been the problem for a week now, with hot water fine, the weird thing is, the heating has come on of its own accord twice during the week!? Any help or advice? I feel it might be something to do with electrics of timer but just a guess, would love to know a few ideas before paying for a call out! Many thanks in adavance.
I would check if the timer battery has or is failing, i.e. that its the clock in the system is faulty or showing the wrong time
