Will i get fat if i eat a lot of my favorite fruit?
I like blueberries.blackberries,strawberries,apple slices, cherries,watermelon, and pomegranates
Probably not. What you should be worried about is the amount of natural sugars that are in fruits. Fruits are DEFINATELY better for you than candies and other sweets – but as with any foods, too much of them and not enough of others may have negative impacts on your body and its chemistry. If you’re worried about it, try substituting some of your fruit intake with vegitables, grains and protiens for a healthy balance.
