Brick Pavers
How do I remove the white chaulky film on top of brick pavers left by chlorine from the pool?
I have a pool that has brick pavers up to the edge of the pool. All of these brick pavers have pratically turned white – there is a bunch of white, chaulky residue on all of the pavers surrounds the edge of the pool. This is where all the chlorine-filled pool water hits, so I know it is from the chlorine water in the pool. What is the best method for removing this so that I get back the brownish/red original brick color?
Try a high power pressure cleaner and a diluted mixture of water and muratic acid. Be careful with that muratic acid. Once it’s clean be sure to seal it each year.. I hired a pressure cleaning company to do mine because if it got “f’ed” up they would be responsible.
